School visits can be in the form of talks to groups of students, parent information evenings or career expos. During school visits our staff can provide information including specific course information, general admission requirements, how to choose TEE and courses of study subjects, student services, scholarships, special entry schemes and alternative pathways to university.
Year 11 and 12 presentations usually require one hour in order to covering all relevant points thoroughly. Talks are best aimed at tertiary bound students; however, we also welcome students who do not intend to study at UWA. It may be useful to allocate time for individual student consultations after the main presentation.
The year 10 presentation includes general information about the courses on offer at UWA and general admission information. Year 10 presentations generally require 45 minutes including question time.
If you have not already had a presentation from UWA at your school and have not got one booked for the near future, please feel free to contact us on 6488 2477 and organise a time for a Prospective Students Adviser to come and talk to your students about tertiary education options at UWA.
