Further Information
- Each February, every school in Western Australia is posted a Reference Guide for Secondary Schools.
- Every two years, UWA hosts a Career Advisers Day on campus. The aim of the day is to offer Career Advisers seminar type sessions and interactive workshops detailing a few of our newer courses, career options for UWA graduates and any other interesting areas and developments. The next UWA Career Advisers Day will be in June 2008.
Personal Consultations
If you would like a personal consultation with an adviser, contact the Admissions Office to make an appointment. Please call us at least a week in advance to book an appointment prior to your visit.
UWA recognises the immense impact teachers have on students in choosing post-school destinations.

Areas you and your students will be interested in include:
UWA also provides a range of services to help students make informed decisions on university study. These include:
- visits to schools by UWA staff,
- visits to the Crawley campus by high school students,
- attendance at school expos and individual advice,
- a regular online newsletter for both teachers and students called Prospects. Prospects keeps students and teachers updated with the latest courses, careers, important dates and interesting stories from UWA. The teacher's edition of Prospects is short and sweet, as we realise teachers do not have time to read lengthy articles!
