If you are a standard applicant studying at a Western Australian secondary school – including Canning, Taylor’s, and Tuart colleges – you need to authorise your school to provide advice of your academic performance to the Faculty.
By giving the School-Based Assessment (SBA) form to your career counsellor or Year 12 co-ordinator, you authorise your school to provide this information.
We recommend that you hand your completed form to your school by 14 August so that you are free to focus on your school life.
