The University of Western Australia
Future Students

UniDiscovery

To create an enriching experience for all our staff and students we encourage students from diverse backgrounds to come to the University.

Encouraging diversity

We are particulary keen to attract more students from the following groups:

  • low socio-economic backgrounds
  • culturally and linguistically diverse communities
  • rural and isolated regions
  • Indigenous communities
  • new and emerging communities.

Activities

To provide an insight into uni life, UniDiscovery organises a range of activities for high school students, such as:

  • campus visits
  • shadow-a-student days
  • Haiku competitions.

Requesting a visit by a Role Model

If you are a staff member from an eligible high school and you are interested in having a Uni Role Model speak to your students, contact the UniDiscovery staff.
