Further Information

Graduate Certificates are designed in the main for specific vocational purposes.

These are either

  1. the broadening of skills and knowledge already gained in an undergraduate program, or
  2. vocational skills and knowledge in a new professional area.

They typically follow a bachelor's degree.

Graduate Certificate courses may be a part of a continuum of studies in a specific subject area (an articulated course) offering you progression from a Graduate Certificate to a Graduate Diploma and/or from a Graduate Diploma to a Master's Degree.
