The requirements are:

  • for Tertiary level (university) students: One year of tertiary study at a recognised institution at the time of application, with an overall weighted average of 65 per cent/B grade/GPA of 3 on a 4-point scale or equivalent.
  • for Postgraduate students You must have completed a first degree in order to take classes at a postgraduate level.
  • for High School students: Completion of High School qualification in accordance with the admission requirements for entry to relevant Bachelor's degree programs (for example, BA and BSc).

Prerequisites

You'll need to have the appropriate prerequisites for the units that you wish to study at UWA. Generally, first year courses can be taken with no background, while higher level courses can only be taken if you have the appropriate prerequisites or similar courses.

Check the units you are interested in taking for individual prerequisites.

If you are from a non-English speaking background you'll need to meet the University's official English language requirements.
